Office Hours for Walk-In Appointments:

New patients wanting to establish care and establish patients in crisis are welcome to walk in for appointments during the following hours:

Henderson: Tuesday - Thursday

  • New Patients - 8:30AM - 10:30AM

  • Established Patients - 9:00AM - 3:00PM

Summerlin: Tuesday - Thursday

  • New Patients - 8:30AM - 10:30AM

  • Established Patients - 9:00AM - 3:00PM

North Las Vegas: Monday - Wednesday

  • New Patients - 8:30AM - 10:30AM

  • Established Patients - 9:00AM - 3:00PM

Reno: Tuesday & Thursday

  • New Patients - 8:30AM - 10:30AM

  • Established Patients - 9:00AM - 3:00PM

Scheduling for Another Day:

If you prefer a guaranteed appointment time or the walk-in schedule is full, you may choose to schedule an appointment for another day that better suits your needs.This is only reserved for patients who are in good standing per our attendance policy.

Provider Availability:

Patients who walk in during these hours will be on a standby status to see one of our designated providers who accommodate walk-in patients only.

Early Closure Possibility:

Walk-in hours may close earlier than the specified time frames if a significant number of patients arrive, and our providers' schedules become fully booked. We recommend arriving early during walk-in hours to increase the likelihood of being seen.

Appointment Availability:

Please note that while we strive to accommodate walk-in patients promptly, we cannot guarantee immediate availability. Walk-in patients will be fit into the provider's schedule if possible, there isn’t a guarantee.

Provider Selection:

Please note that only providers who specifically take walk-in patients will be available during walk-in hours. Patients will not be placed on providers' schedules who do not accommodate walk-ins.
